INTRODUCTION
COMTAF is a international guild for realism minded and mature teams.
The very basic core of the organization consist of several arma 2 teams, who wants to play in a professional and realistic cooperative style and atmosphere. The organization is new and are still undergoing changes, but it is none the less rising quickly.
The primary focus for us is to unify teams from all over the world that
strive for realism, real world tactics and roleplay.
A level of discipline is therfore expected and should be withheld always, but a friendly atmosphere is crucial for all teamwork.
Combined Task Force is multinational and concists therfore of many different nationalities and impressions ranging from USMC to the Danish Army. With weaponry and capaticy to perform all sorts of missions. We currently have a disposed a USMC rifle platoon, an amored detachment, a US Army weapons squad and a Danish army Recon team with associated support units.

Operation Restore Security
COMTAF are deployed under UN resoultion 810 to the Red Sea, more precisely Isla Duala in coordination with UNAMID to establish a safe environment for delivery of humanitarian assistance. And track down and arrest warlod Baas Asita.

Effective 221200ZSEP11 COMTAF will initiate the final preparations to deploy to Isla Duala as part of the UNAMID contingent of UNAMID under Operation Restore Security

OPERATIONS
COMTAF operations are connected by an dynamic storyline following the task force on its missions around the globe. Before the start of each campaign, a briefing file is distributed which explains and gives an in-depth understanding of the unit's mission, task and situation in the AO. Subsequently COMTAF staff discuss the possible execution of the task and assignment of leadership and roles.
Our mission making team strives to create not only high quality missions, with special focus on realism and immersion but also want to create a feeling of coherence and development at a higher level, which ultimately gives mission and the player a feeling of great depth and understanding. |

RANKS & TRAINING
Ranks
Due to the fact that this is already a fairly big organization, there are ranks and a formel chain of command structure. The ranks given in COMTAF illustrates the responsibilties and role of the player, nothing more.
Training
It is vital to an organization to keep it self on its toes, and especially for COMTAF to work with other they would not normally be in touch with. Every member is trained and qualified by its parent unit. From which their demands and courses will qualify their members to COMTAF enlistment.

The addons picked are selected exclusively to create realism around the units. We therefore do not compromise on having bad equipment and atmosphere ifthere are addons to fix these.
